How do we Think

In the early days of the internet, FAQs were a compact way to share knowledge – an efficient table of questions and answers designed to save time, reduce internet traffic and empower users to solve problems independently. While many believe FAQ stands for “Frequently Answered Questions,” it actually means “Frequently Asked Questions.” This subtle ambiguity between Asking and Answering captures our working process. We are the dynamic loop that creates space for unasked questions that require new answers.
